A physics-based modeling of a hydraulically amplified electrostatic actuator

Abstract The focus of this study is to understand the physical phenomenon liquid-based electroactive polymer (EAP) actuator known as Hydraulically Amplified Self-Healing Electrostatic (HASEL) actuator.
